With most of the buildings here being of the Cyclades styling, the city strikes an impressive view against the green countryside and the bright blue of the ocean. Even though the estuary is home to a formidable garrison of soldiers and a complex series of defenses, the city remains laid-back and relaxed with a well-known reputation as a vacation town.

Inns, Taverns, Brothels, and Theaters line the streets, visited by a near-constant stream of tourists. The city watch keeps a close eye over the city, and criminals are punished harshly and swiftly. Sergeants of the Guard here have been authorized to act as judge, jury, and executioner. Travelers are advised to steer away from the local residential areas, particularly East Ward.
