Democratic State of Halmaxor

The Democratic State of Halmaxor (D.S.H.) is unique as it is one of the few true democracies of the world. 

Any issue that arises is put to a nation vote, where each citizen that is at least the age of adulthood gets a say. 

• A measure must obtain a minimum of 66% of the vote to pass. Anything outside of that majority must be reworked and put to another vote until a majority is reached

  • If a measure fails to reach majority 3 times, it is automatically fails and is removed from consideration for a minimum of a year before being resubmitted with further revisions. 

  • For a declaration of war, only 51% of the vote is needed but everyone who votes yes will be enlisted into the war effort. 

    • They have never been to war.
