East & West Keota

Small twin islands make up the nations of East and West Keota. 

Technically two separate nations, they have agreed to operate as a single entity to provide better station within the Fractum Terras power dynamic. 

• West Keota deals with the interior concerns such as most laws, infrastructure, and food/water sources. 

• East Keota deals with the military and diplomacy concerns. 

Though small, the Keotas have been able to protect themselves from much larger enemies despite inferior odds. 

Keotans are also well known for their openness regarding sex and nudity.
