Long ago, when the town was first founded, a brass dragon help the settlers survive a particularly cold winter. That dragon's fire breath kept the hearth burning all winter, and the settlers have kept it burning ever since. It is tradition to light a torch in the hearth's flames, and use that torch to light your fires at home.
Market Isle
An island that has found itself home to the largest market in the town. A statue of the human form of the brass dragon can be found here.
Ale Isle
The Iron Council considers alcohol to be one of the world's greatest evils, and had originally planned on banning its sale entirely within the town walls. After a near-riot at the city hall, they changed their minds, and instead limited the sales to a single island within the city limits.
Lighthouse Beach
A small swimming beach located at the base of the lighthouse. There are gazebos and vendor carts for people to use when they're not in the water. (NOTE: There are no lifeguards on duty at the beach. Swim at your own risk.)
Guild Master Isle
This island is home to most, if not all, of the guilds within the city. The Temple of the Pantheon and the City Hall are located here as well.
Warden's District
Before the town expanded, this district was the only one. It was protected by the watchful eye of Warden Kilikini Magawai. They named it after her.
Central Market
This market was, at one point, located at the center of the town. As the town grew, the location changed but the name stuck.
